Customs rules in various countries can frequently change, causing delays and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, Customon may not know the details of additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item is prohibited or can be confiscated by the receiving country.
What to do if you are charged duty or customs taxes?
- Please pay the requested amount, if you're able.
- Take a photo of the receipt, clearly showing the amount, and that it has been paid.
- Submit a form (using the button below) with your photo of the receipt and order number
- We’ll shoot a refund straight to you for the extra charge and be sure to send a confirmation email
