What to do if you are charged duty or customs taxes?
- Please pay the requested amount, if you're able.
- Take a photo of the receipt, clearly showing the amount, and that it has been paid.
- Submit a form (using the button below) with your photo of the receipt and order number
- We’ll shoot a refund straight to you for the extra charge and be sure to send a confirmation email
